If you do have your own equipment, our Exercise Physiologist can incorporate it into your exercise program so you can continue to exercise at home and be confident that you’re using your exercise equipment safely and independently.
TELEHEALTH
Telehealth refers to accessing healthcare via a video or phone call. This option is best suited for people living in remote areas or would prefer no face to face contact. The digital platform we use at ACTIVE AT ANY AGE is called PhysiTrack. Just like a face to face consultation or exercise session this can be done via a video call through PhysiTrack. It’s best to use a computer or mobile with a camera, microphone and stable internet connection. Once you book a Telehealth session, you’ll receive instructions how to set up the video call through PhysiTrack.
